Delta Privilege is Delta Hotels' guest loyalty program. First introduced in 1989, it was re-launched in 2000 featuring a new look, a third tier and a full range of new benefits.
Delta understands that for today's frequent business traveller, comfort and convenience are pivotal to the success of the work you do away from the office. The hallmark of the program, Delta's famous "One-Minute Check-In", guarantees that members will be checked-in in less than one minute, or the first night is free. The program also offers its members a 24-hour concierge service, priority wait-list and guaranteed reservations. Members enrol at the Green level, and qualify to be upgraded to the Gold level with five stays annually, and to the Platinum level with 15 stays annually. The rewards of membership at the Gold and Platinum levels include complimentary food and beverage certificates, room upgrades and Hertz #1 Club Gold membership, to name only a few.

| Family Program |
Delta Hotels' Family Program, which was re-launched in 2000, is designed to keep our younger guests well entertained while staying with us.
It all begins at the time of arrival, when little ones are welcomed with a check-in kit that includes bubble bath, water bottle, sticker activity book, crayons and coupons for local attractions. Children 17 and under stay free when accompanied by a parent or guardian in the same room.
Guests 6 and under eat free from the children's menu, which includes an assortment of delectable entrées such as peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, Kraft Dinner and Jell-O, while guests aged 7-12 eat for half price from the regular menu.
Most hotels have indoor pools, four of which also have waterslides. The Delta Dolphin program encourages children to gain confidence in the water.
